This page explains what Cohort Microschools collects when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you write to the office or book a visit, we collect the name, email address and phone number you give us, your child's age and the hub you are considering. We never ask for a child's name, health details or school records through this site.

How we use it

We use it only to answer you, to arrange a visit and to tell you about admissions. We do not sell it, and we do not share it except with the people who help us run the school.

Photos of students

We ask your written permission before we share any photo of your child, and you can change your answer at any time. The photos on this site are examples until the school replaces them with its own.

Your choices

You can ask the office to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to hello@cohortmicroschools.org or call (480) 555-0120.
